More than Gold registry of Events
It is always helpful to have accurate information. Many churches and groups of churches are organising some form of outreach linked to the 2012 Games. Our church is putting a float in the local 'Olympics' carnival for example, and providing marshalls for the route. This example is likely to be 'below the radar' if not registered on the central data base for More than Gold.
At the end of the 2012 Games accurate information will be available at the click of a button IF everyone registers their activity using the following links: www.morethangold.org.uk/ourevent
One benefit of registering is to link the church to local media and to Locog’s Local Leaders network if requested.
