See our three African Elephants and friends

Our animals and team are ready to make this a bumper Easter for you. Come along and see our big zoo animals including three African Elephants, White Rhinos, Giraffe family, Zebras, Lions and Tigers.
In this picture our three elephants are all enjoying eating some hay together. The youngest elephant, six year old M'Changa is eating his hay straight out of our matriach female, Buta's mouth! This a good sign in the animal world as it shows a maternal affection and bond between the elephants.
We have keeper talks throughout the day including the Big Cat Talk at 1pm, Elephant Presentation at 1.30pm and the Giraffe Talk at 2pm. See our website for our Daily Events Timetable.

Easter Event Days

CCS Adoption- Wednesday 1st April

CCS Adoption will be running an Easter Egg Hunt here on Wednesday 1st April. Learn about the work of this amazing adoption charity and take part in the Easter egg hunt and games.
Lucky visitors will also have a chance to meet the Easter bunny.

Noah's Chocolate Trail- Saturday 4th April

Follow Noah's Chocolate Trail around the zoo to discover a chocolatey surprise. Take part in Easter arts and crafts in the Education Room at 2pm and both adults and children can take part in the annual egg and spoon race and win a prize at 12.30pm on the picnic lawn by the trampolines.
Over the Easter Weekend, we'll be open on Good Friday, Saturday and Bank Holiday Monday. We're closed on Easter Sunday as usual.

Baby farm animals!

See our newborn lambs and piglets!

Noah's Ark is home to all sorts of animals and as we're set on a working farm, we have some very cute baby farm animals which have been born in the last week including lambs and chicks.
Our new Tamworth pig 'Tammy' has also given birth to some beautiful and noisy little piglets.
Lambing will continue throughout the Easter period and children can hold rabbits, chicks and guinea pigs throughout the day in the Animal Village.

We are open Monday- Saturday 10.30am -5pm through the Easter holidays and all year.
Good Friday 3rd April: OPEN 10.30am- 5pm
Saturday 4th April: OPEN 10.30am- 5pm
Easter Sunday 5th April: CLOSED, as usual
Bank Holiday Monday 6th April: OPEN 10.30am- 5pm
Join us and the animals including Jacko our green-winged macaw for a cracking Easter Holiday!
