Final Newsletter from the National Parenting Initiative

Dear Supporters, We hope you are having a great summer.
We’re sad to say that this is our final newsletter.  The NPI will be closing completely at the end of August and so it is time for us to say our final goodbye and to encourage you one more time in your work supporting families.
We are so grateful to God for the work of the NPI over the past decade and hope that you have found our website, events, social media and newsletters places of inspiration and encouragement.
As we say goodbye, we would love to recommend some of the great organisations we have partnered with over the years.  Their resources and courses are well worth checking out!
Care for the Family – A well established charity offering support and resources on all aspects of family life, including bereavement support.

Kids Matter – A charity offering parenting programmes to those whose churches are in disadvantaged areas.

Parenting for Faith – Courses, resources, podcasts, a course…. Lots of resources available from this fantastic charity empowering Christian parents to share their faith with their children.

Connected Lives – This charity have a vision to equip and support individuals, churches and other organisations to provide effective support for families and couples.
Transforming Lives for Good (TLG) – TLG helps churches to bring hope and a future to children facing heart-breaking challenges.  They do this through their mentoring programmes and ‘make lunch’ initiative.

Who Let The Dads Out? – This is a fantastic initiative to strengthen the relationships between father and father figures and their children through the local church.

Our website and all of our social media channels, including youtube, will be taken down at the end of August.  Now is the perfect time to listen to our podcasts, read blog posts and watch our youtube interviews!  Full of encouragement, they are a great resource for discovering other fantastic organisations.
Thank you again for all your support over the years, we really are grateful.  We pray you would see families flourish in your communities and that the church would be a place of hope, joy and new beginnings for families across the UK.
With every blessing, Sharon, Kayte and Megan Team NPI
