Operations and Finance Coordinator: North Bristol and South Glos Foodbank

We’re looking for an organised and dedicated Operations and Finance Coordinator to join our team on a one-year maternity cover basis.
 

About the Role

• Contract: Maternity cover – 12 month contract, but can be ended sooner (with 1 month notice)
• Salary: £26,523 per annum (pro-rata depending on hours)
• Hours: 15-22.5 hours per week (subject to discussion)
• Start date: ASAP after mid-August, ideally by mid-September at the latest

This vital role supports the operational and financial management of our food bank, ensuring we can continue providing essential services to our community. You’ll be working with our collaborative team to maintain efficient operations whilst managing financial processes and reporting.
We need someone who shares our commitment to tackling food poverty and can bring strong organisational skills to support our growing operations. Experience in finance, administration, or the charity sector would be valuable, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work flexibly within a small team.
