Transform Work Newsletter October 2025

As we head into the last chapter of 2025, it is useful to look back on what was achieved including the milestones and the challenges faced alongside any irritations or concerns that we have harbored as we look forward. Regardless of the nature of our employment or service, whether paid or voluntary, this would be a good time to take stock of the year going by.
 
Are you in the cohort delighted with the progress made or part of the group that have not met their goals, hopes or dreams yet?  Irrespective of where we sit on the spectrum of hopes / goals achieved or not, let us take a moment to adopt an attitude of gratitude inspired by Psalm 103.
 
In Psalm 103, David urges his soul to praise the Lord for His many benefits; forgiveness of sins, healing, redemption from destruction, abundant love, endless mercy. It highlights God's enduring, compassionate, and gracious nature, emphasizing that God is slow to anger and His love is everlasting. 
 
Reflecting on God's kindness and faithfulness is an exercise worth conducting both in our personal and professional lives.  As we do this, we will foster continuous worship and gratefulness.  
 
Whatever your disposition, whatever your denomination, let the workforce arise in praise to God for all He has done for us.
 
Know that God is ALWAYS in control and has never lost a battle, so let us (just like David a man after God’s own heart) choose to praise the Lord.

Transform Work partnered with The Business Connection and SOLAS to organise Thrive’25 Conferences - a multi-city Christian event designed to encourage, equip, and empower believers to live out their faith in the workplace and bring transformation wherever they are.
