Looking for a festive day out with a difference? Head to Sparks on Friday 6th December for the Global Gift Fest – a vibrant celebration of culture, creativity and community.
This special event will showcase the incredible talent of local residents representing over 20 different countries, each ready to share a piece of their home with you. Wander through stalls bursting with beautiful crafts, handmade gifts and delicious food from around the globe – the perfect place to find unique presents you won’t spot anywhere else in the South West. Every purchase helps support refugee communities and celebrates the spirit of togetherness that defines Bristol.

If you’re after something a bit different this winter, the Capitalist Escape Game from Slowmentum, opening on Black Friday (November the 28th) is an experience like no other. Set inside a mysterious “Cabin in the Woods”, it blends puzzles, storytelling, technology and performance to invite players to imagine a world where the economy prioritises equality, well- being and planetary health.
It’s playful, clever and thought-provoking - an immersive way to explore new ideas about community, care and creativity. A reminder that this season doesn’t have to be about stuff; it can be about connection, imagination and playfulness.

For the festive season we will be open Monday to Friday 11 - 6pm, Sundays 11 - 5pm until the 23rd December. We’re open 11 - 2pm on the 24th December then closed until the 2nd January.
