Global Goals Centre: A Sustainable Start to 2026!
If you are looking to kickstart your 2026 with some sustainable skills, why not book a workshop focusing on food, fashion, energy and climate based actions. Learn to sew a button, track energy use, plan climate action and make informed choices about food!
Our workshops include time to think about actions we can all take which make positive choices for the planet. The young people who take part leave feeling empowered and ready to share the "important things” they have learnt about. As one of our recent visitors said, a GGC workshop “teaches you different ways to help the world”!
You can find information about all 12 of our curriculum and scout badge linked award winning workshops here, or contact Pen for more information.

Help Shape the Future of School Uniforms in Bristol
Global Goals Centre is launching the Better Uniforms Campaign, a new project working with Bristol schools to make school uniforms more affordable, more sustainable and fairer for families.
Over the next three months, we’ll be running student focus groups in schools across the city. These sessions will give young people a chance to share honest views about their uniforms; what works, what doesn’t, and how uniforms could better support students, families and the environment.
Insights from these focus groups will help shape a pilot programme with up to 20 Bristol schools, launching later this academic year. The pilot will explore practical ideas such as:
-
improved second-hand and swap-shop models
-
repair and reuse schemes
-
student-led enterprise and learning opportunities
-
lower-waste, longer-life uniform approaches
Participation at this stage is low commitment and designed to fit around school priorities. We’ll handle facilitation and provide clear feedback from students.
